Audi return policy in Australia

Short answer

We couldn’t find a return or refund policy for Audi cars. Audi publishes a five-year unlimited kilometre warranty for new cars first registered or delivered from 1 January 2022, and a complaint handling process that says Audi is committed to complying with the Australian Consumer Law.

What Audi publishes

According to Audi’s warranty page

Does Audi have a return policy?

Not one we could find. Audi’s published material covers the warranty and how it handles complaints, not taking cars back for a change of mind. For a car with a fault, whether a refund may be on the table is a question for the consumer guarantees, covered in can I get a refund on a car.
